This project is a large private residence located in the scenic coastal city of Kabuleti, Georgia, right on the seashore.
The house spans nearly 7,500 square feet and features three floors, including a basement with direct access to the beach. To fully embrace the coastal location, the design incorporates numerous terraces: a first-level terrace with a barbecue area, second-level terraces adjacent to the bedrooms, and a rooftop terrace—the largest of all—with stunning sea views.
Despite its proximity to the ocean, the client requested a private pool. We designed an expansive infinity pool that seamlessly blends with the sea, creating a visually striking and serene experience.
