This is a modern country house for a young family with children, which is designed for year-round residence. We had the task to create a modern design of the house, which would convey the character of the owners and stand out among the surroundings with its originality and modern thoughtful solutions, necessarily with panoramic windows, a terrace and a flat roof. At the same time, we were on a tight budget, but we found a way to surprise all the neighbors around us.

This is a unique apartment, 80 square meters, with a beautiful loft space. We did this project in a modern style, which we designed for a young family with children.
In terms of style we use a lot of dim, pastel colors and natural wood. This helps us make the interior light and spacious despite the limited space. We also wanted to keep it minimal and get rid of a lot of details and visual noise, which is quite hard to do in small spaces, but which is very important for a person’s mental health especially when they come home after hard work.
Since the apartment is small, we thought of all the details without losing the necessary space.

In that video we tell you about our classical high end barn style house that we have designed from the general idea to the door handles.
It’s a modern barn house, one part of which is made of concrete and the other is assembled of metal, completely glass on the first floor, which is one of its main features. That is why we gave the project such a name — GREENHOUSE.
The project combines a successful interconnection of compositional techniques and natural textures of decoration. The second floor, faced with a seam, hovers above the light outline of the glass first. A garage block made of natural face concrete balances this composition.
The interior of the house is zoned with functional blocks and separate walls, which helps create an environment with different scenarios of life in the house and achieve privacy.
This project is a great example of union between architecture and the environment, which we love and use in our projects.

We were very interested in this project, primarily because of its small footprint. We tried to create the most functional space possible while maintaining a minimalistic look. Since the kitchen, living room, and bedroom are a single space, we wanted to make the kitchen area as unobtrusive as possible but comfortable at the same time. Despite the small size of the bathroom, we were able to place a separate shower area, moving it closer to the bedroom. The basic color was chosen — white and its shades, which gives the room lightness and volume. There are accents of delicate coral as well.
