This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — Privacy Policy) is developed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Belarus «On Information, Informatisation and Protection of Information», other legislation of the Republic of Belarus and applies to all information that https://zrobim.us/, may obtain about the User during the use of the website.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.2. «Website Administration» — authorised site management employees acting on behalf of Limited Liability Company «Art Studio «Zrobim», who organise and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.3. «Personal Data» means any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).

1.1.5. «Confidentiality of personal data» — a requirement mandatory for observance by the website Administration or any other person who has obtained access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal basis.
1.1.6. «User of the website» (hereinafter referred to as the User) — a person who has access to the website via the Internet and uses the website.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The use of the website by the User means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s personal data.

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the website Administration on non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality protection regime of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the website Administration when filling in the form for calculating the cost of works of the Limited Liability Company «Art Studio «Zrobim» on the website or when performing other actions through the website.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2. The Administration of the website is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except for clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or authorised body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. Administration of the website, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorised use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, except as provided for in clauses. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration of the website shall not be liable if this confidential information:
7.2.1. became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. was received from a third party before the moment of its receipt by the Administration of the website.
7.2.3. was disclosed with the User’s consent.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before applying to the court with a claim on disputes arising from the relations between the Website User and the Administration of the website, it is obligatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement).
8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.
8.3. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
8.4. The current legislation of the Republic of Belarus shall apply to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and Administration of the website.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. Administration of the website has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
