This project embodies natural minimalism with classic elements. Our goal was to create a streamlined, comfortable space that subtly nods to the city’s historical character, achieved through glass showcases, ceiling moldings, and French herringbone hardwood floors.
As a refined accent, we incorporated cool-toned Calacatta Viola stone, which contrasts elegantly with warm wood and textured plaster finishes.
Lighting was a key focus, with three lighting scenarios in each room: general overhead lighting, decorative lighting at eye level, and emergency lighting positioned 6 inches from the floor to keep the source hidden. Each room also features a ventilation and air conditioning system, with selective ceiling adjustments to maintain the height and spaciousness of the area.
