Project Description

This design project for a large villa embodies a minimalist style while incorporating unique national elements. The overall palette features light gray walls with wooden panels, slats, and micro-cement. The integration of abundant greenery, both inside and outside, enhances the warmth and coziness of the space. Another specific request from the client was to include furniture with unique and distinctive shapes.

The villa's zoning was thoughtfully designed to meet the specific cultural needs of clients from Arab countries:

• Basement Level: Dedicated to entertainment, featuring a cinema and a children's play area.
• Ground Floor: Divided into three sections by a central courtyard—one for guest reception, another for staff, and a family area with a kitchen, living room, gym, guest room, and access to the terrace.
• Second Floor: Reserved for family use, including a master suite, children's and guest bedrooms, and an office.

This layout ensures a harmonious blend of style, comfort, and cultural considerations.
