V. COAST SEVEN

Architectural project

Project description

One of the houses in the village, which was designed for small plots, but at the same time it maintains a sense of space. This is the only house in the project for which we have provided for variability in area and appearance. Thus, the area of the house can be increased by adding a mezzanine floor with an additional bedroom. An additional floor, along with different color palette options for decoration, also changes the visual appearance of the house thanks to the volume with a pitched roof.

We designed this home to be collaborative, so it has a covered terrace that will be a focal point in the warmer months, and a shared kitchen-living room space that will allow the whole family to gather comfortably in any season.
