Project Description

The ULICA project offers a modern interpretation of a townhouse complex. It uses a contrast of textured materials and distinct forms to make each house unique and tailored to its residents.

ULICA comprises six interconnected houses, unified through cohesive architecture and landscaping. Each house plot is organized into three zones with varying privacy levels:

• A public area along the street-facing facade with shared, continuous pathways
• A residential area with a house, a terrace, and direct access to the courtyard
• A private backyard, accessible through a terrace with a panoramic window

Each home includes individual terraces in the backyard and a personalized mix of balconies and terraces. To maintain privacy, every three-story unit features a functional rooftop, architecturally isolated from neighboring units.
