PLANE HOUSE, a collection house N1, created by the founders of the ZROBIM architects studio, is a modern house that embodies the philosophy and rich engineering experience of the studio. The project embodies the idea of a geometric clean line and bold, proven solutions.
A plot of 5 acres is adjacent to a coniferous forest. It offers stunning views from panoramic windows and creates an immersive experience in the natural environment. The sense of privacy is enhanced by a retaining wall decorated with decorative thujas and a thoughtful interplay of planes.
The house with an area of 137 m2 is equipped with a usable roof with a swimming pool and a summer kitchen, where both unconditional safety and visual comfort were taken into account in the design. In turn, the impression of spaciousness and airiness of the house is given by the deliberate absence of load-bearing elements inside the room. Inspired by the legendary Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the architects placed the structure on graceful columns with a custom cross-section, resulting in a real piece of architectural art.
