Project description

The monomaterial construction of the exterior of the house allowed for architecture with clean lines. A laconic image, precise proportions and a perfect rendering are characteristic of this project.
The sculptural appearance of the house begins at the main entrance to the residence. Basically, the closed main facades conceal an abundance of glass on the side of the courtyard. The windows of all the rooms overlook a cozy private courtyard that has the shape of the house itself. The outer contour of the house acts as a fence and protection of the inner area from prying eyes, forming a quiet space for relaxation and communication.
