This Montenegro project is uniquely challenging, as the house needed to be seamlessly integrated into a rocky terrain with a 20-meter elevation change.
The three-story house is skillfully embedded into the landscape, preventing it from appearing bulky. In addition to an accessible roof and terraces, the first floor features a private swimming pool positioned directly above the garage—a non-standard layout that extends the terrace and offers stunning views.
The house’s exterior is finished with three materials: white stucco, glass, and aluminum frames. This combination provides a sleek, modern aesthetic and simplifies construction. The home’s visual appeal is further enhanced by angled panoramic glazing and standalone interior columns, adding architectural depth and openness.
