Though it is a single-story structure, the house appears two stories from the street, achieving visual depth through its horizontal layout and seamlessly integrating into the terrain. Located along the ecopolis’s central alley, the residence emerges naturally from a wooded slope.
Features such as corner panoramic windows, a cantilevered section over the slope, a private courtyard terrace, a home cinema, and bedrooms with expansive views create an immersive and positive experience for residents, enhancing their connection to the home and its surroundings.
