In this project, we were tasked with designing two distinct structures on a large plot: the client’s primary residence and an independent recreational complex.
The main house is designed around two intersecting axes, creating solid visual lines and impressive perspectives. The first floor is dedicated to shared, communal spaces, while the second floor offers more private, intimate areas.
The recreational facilities were intentionally designed as a separate structure, not simply as individual buildings, but as a cohesive unit with an artistic, sculptural feel.
This complex includes a fitness room, swimming pool, restaurant, and boathouse, all housed under a unique architectural design. These areas are divided into zones, creating a complete secondary residence that visually complements the primary home, enhancing the property's overall aesthetic.
