Our goal for this project was to design a striking and unique focal point—a large hotel and recreational complex that offers a wide range of functions. We aimed to create a space that residents and visitors would experience on a sensory and emotional level, leaving a lasting impression through its atmosphere and design.
The project's ideology, philosophy, and design were centered around two key factors:
To assess the unique features and visual highlights of the site, we begin by arranging an architect’s visit to the location. During this visit, we capture photos and videos to thoroughly evaluate the area. Based on this documentation, we identify the site’s strengths and weaknesses, which allows us to develop a clear positioning strategy tailored to the landscape and its potential.
* These challenges offer opportunities to be creatively turned into advantages in the project’s development
We conducted a thorough study of the site's geography, including its location, distance from transit routes, proximity to the capital and the airport, and surrounding competition. These are critical factors in ensuring the project's success.
The zoning and placement of the complex were influenced by the non-parallel boundaries of the site and the natural landscape contours. To minimize excavation work, we aligned the entire complex with the existing landscape, integrating it seamlessly into the terrain.

This axis welcomes visitors in the lobby, extends through the restaurant, and descends along a cascading terraced system enhanced by an artificial reservoir. It concludes with a stunning view of the surrounding green hills, creating a seamless connection between the architecture and the natural landscape.
Our goal was to design the hotel building in a way that invites exploration, making it difficult to fully grasp at first glance. To achieve this, the architectural complex consists of multiple buildings arranged on a stylobate, gradually flowing down the natural slope of the site. This layout encourages visitors to discover and engage with the space as they explore.
In the finishing, we use natural wood extensively, combined with the gallery-style design and cascading reservoirs, integrating the buildings with each other and the surrounding environment, creating a cohesive and harmonious whole.
A compelling feature of the restaurant building is the placement of pylons on the cantilevered terrace above the pool. These pylons provide privacy for those relaxing on the patio by shielding them from outside views, enhancing the sense of seclusion and comfort.
In collaboration with the customer, we carefully considered the functional design of the complex and identified several potential usage scenarios:
Hotel guests and tourists can enjoy all the complex's amenities while staying in a rented room
Residents of the nearby cottage community can visit the restaurant, rent the terrace for events, or use the sports facilities
External visitors can access the fitness center and spa and rent conference rooms for meetings or other events
By ensuring a broad diversification of the target audience, we have made the complex highly attractive and profitable for investors.
