This is a house project that we developed as part of our BY home line of modular homes. Here it was important for us to combine an expressive architectural image with versatility and the possibility of planting the house on any plot. Therefore, externally we have a modern minimalistic one-storey house with panoramic glazing on 3 sides and a small terrace around the perimeter.
The house includes a single module with two living rooms and technical rooms and is suitable for permanent residence of two or three people.
For energy efficiency, the glazing is made on three sides except on the north side, which allows you to admire the natural scenery from all the main rooms of the house.
