The house has a minimalistic and brutal appearance, has a block structure. The central block with a living room and a kitchen differs in the color of the finishing materials and the height of the ceiling: it is higher in this area than in the rest of the house. This technique makes the image of the house more complex and dynamic.
The main finishing materials of the project: fiber cement in two shades and metal allow to introduce LED-illumination into the plane of the main facade, which will be an additional source of illumination of the site and facade at night.
