Our new project in Kiev is interesting because we designed two houses similar in style next to each other for two brothers.
A notable feature of the project is that the houses have a large ground floor. Cars descend by car elevator and go through the tunnel under the house to the garage. Thus, we got rid of ramps and the entire yard space is used as efficiently as possible.
On the ground floor there is also a spa area that opens onto a patio with a beautiful Japanese garden.
