BRASLAVSKY

Apartment design

Project Description

This project began in October 2018 to create a relaxing space for the clients to unwind and entertain friends. The apartment was designed to be as open as possible. Since the clients often dine out, the kitchen was designed primarily for light use, such as preparing breakfast. Despite its minimal function, the kitchen accommodates a large dining table and opens to an expanded living room with a spacious sofa for entertaining.

The interior features a light and simple design, mainly focusing on functional areas like the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The wall decor is minimal except for a gradient accent wall near the kitchen. Anna Lyakhovskaya, the project's architect, designed many of the interior elements, including custom furniture, reflecting the client's desire for a unique and personalized space.

The bedroom follows a similar minimalist approach, focusing on key interior design elements, such as soft and built-in furniture. Bathrooms maintain the same material palette, with the master bathroom offering a more luxurious space for relaxation, featuring a Jacuzzi. The washstand area is an artistic focal point while maintaining its practical function.
